Service Description

Taking care of your body allows you to be healthier and happier, and it's never been easier! We offer classes designed with your schedule and ability level in mind.  Our Classes are all 90-Minutes. That may seem like too much, but here's the beauty: we design them in 30-minute segments, with a short break in between. If you've had enough after a gentle 30-minute warm up, you can head out, knowing you've started bringing your body back to balance. The next 30 minutes will give you a solid stability workout. The last 30 minutes are designed for our advanced practitioners to work on inversions, hand balancing and high levels of flexibility. You get to pick exactly what's right for you!
